Giampaolo Bonalumi

Over 25 years’ experience in the financial sector, he began his career at UBS Wealth Management managing various units of Private Banking in London and Lugano. A former CEO and co-founder of a financial advisory firm based in Switzerland and specialized in the management of US customers, today he is a partner of the Goldberg Group acting as investment advisor to Helvetia Investments Advisor S.A.: a Swiss company fully licensed by the SEC (Securities Exchange Commission) and managing customers considered to be “US persons”.

Dirk Klitsch

With over twenty years of experience at UBS Investment Banking, he founded and managed the Equity Desk serving the south Europe market for seven years. After working as desk head at UBS Wealth Management for Turkey/Greece and Israel, he was appointed as CIO of a financial advisory firm based in Switzerland, specialized in the management of American clients. He joined Goldberg Group in 2014, where he holds the position of Chief Investments Officer, taking full responsibility for asset management and strategy.

Peter O’Driscoll

A graduate of Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, he started his career at Millbank. He later became a partner at Perkins Coie, Coudert Brothers and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe. He is now a consultant for Gihon Partners and general counsel at Seacrest Capital Group. He was mentioned in Guide to the World’s Leading Banking Finance and Transactional Attorneys.

He recently worked as legal counsel for a UN project assisting SMEs in developing countries affected by the consequences of Covid-19. With over 25 years of experience, he has published numerous articles in financial journals and given speeches and lectures. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Helvetia Investment Advisors SA in September 2021.
